The classes, workshops and craft sessions offered on this site are provided by The Artsy Room, trading as The Artsy Room. When you book a class you enter into an agreement with us on these terms.

By booking a class, creating a sign-up, or continuing to use this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and are at least 18 years old, and you accept these terms on their behalf.

We run in-person art classes for children aged 7–9 and 10–12 on Fridays. Each class runs 1 hour and 15 minutes and costs $25. When you book two or more classes in the same sign-up, the rate drops to $20 per class. Materials and aprons are included. Class times, teachers and projects may change; we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Each session has a limited number of spots. A spot is confirmed once payment has been completed. If a session is full you can join the waitlist, and we will contact you if a spot opens up. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a spot or oblige us to offer one.

You must give us accurate contact details, your child's correct age, and any allergy, medical or accessibility information we need to keep your child safe. Please keep this information up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out under your sign-up details.

Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and may include tax. Payment, billing, invoicing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitments are set out in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Children must be dropped off and collected on time by an authorised adult. We ask everyone in the studio to treat staff, other families and equipment with respect. We may ask a participant to stop attending if their behaviour puts others, or themselves, at risk.

You must not misuse this website. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• submit fraudulent bookings, spam or false information;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• introduce malware, probe or scan our systems, or scrape the site.

We own this website, our class materials, lesson plans, photographs and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Artwork created by your child in class belongs to them.

We do our best to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or end access to our classes or this website where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

Our total liability arising from your use of our classes or this website is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
